Our service doesn’t stop with the sale

Our team is here to ensure you get the information you need to make an informed decision for your drying and curing needs. But our support and commitment to your operation doesn’t end there.

  • Installation Support: Cann will send one of our expert installation supervisors to work with your on-site staff and 3rd party contractors during the commissioning and setup of your drying unit. Additionally our install supervisor will train a designated member of your staff on all SOPs pertaining to proper operation, control setting, performing preventative maintenance, basic servicing procedures, and proper cleaning techniques.
  • One Year Warranty: Our equipment is warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship and materials from a period of one year from the date of original installation or 15 months from the date of delivery, whichever comes first. (See full warranty details here)
  • Post-Installation Support: Cann’s Service Team is always available to our customers for help with troubleshooting, maintenance, fine-tuning, and more over the course of the life of the machine.

Service & Warranty Requests

LIMITED WARRANTY:
Equipment supplied by Cann Systems LLC (Cann) is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of the original intallation or 15 months from the date of delivery, whichever comes first. A new or remanufactured part will be supplied by Cann providing the defective part is returned to Cann for inspection. The replacement part assumes the unused portion of the warranty. The warranty does not include labor or other costs incurred for diagnosis, repairing or removing, installing or shipping the defective or replacement parts. Can makes no warranty as to the fitness of the equipment for a particular use and neither party shall be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages in conjunction with this contract and/or the use of its equipment. Buyer agrees to indemnify and save harmless Cann from any claims or demands against Cann for injuries or damages to third parties resulting from buyer’s use or ownership of the equipment. No other warranties, expressed or implied, will be honored unless in writing by an officer of Cann Systems LLC.

Most maintenance issue can be resolved remotely from the remote access controls. Should your maintenance needs require the presence of our in-person service team, or to see whether a component is covered by your manufacturer’s warranty, please fill out the form below in as much detail as possible. A member of the Cann Service Team will respond to you promptly to discuss the nature of your request and to schedule a service visit.
